USPA NEWS - Some Criminologists theorize that in the Case of Limited Budgets, Criminal Investigators rely on Profiled and Statistical Likelihood of Particular Groups of People being convicted for the Type of Crimes that are being investigated, and ignore Complaints that are filed about People that they consider less likely to commit the Crimes or give the Tracking or Individual Matching to the Evidence Lower Priority...
Some Criminologists theorize that in the Case of Limited Budgets, Criminal Investigators rely on Profiled and Statistical Likelihood of Particular Groups of People being convicted for the Type of Crimes that are being investigated, and ignore Complaints that are filed about People that they consider less likely to commit the Crimes or give the Tracking or Individual Matching to the Evidence Lower Priority.

Number of crimes and offenses reported to the police and authorities in France in July 2017 are in majority cases of theft without violence against people. Follow Cars Theft, Housebreaking, Deliberate Aggravated Assault, Vehicle Theft, Theft of Auto Accesories, Violent Robbery,... And far after Armed Robbery and Homicide.
- The Last Three Issues of SANG FROID (Fall 2017, Winter 2017, Spring 2018) have for each one of them a Specific Theme :

* Fall 2017, the Complete Revue deals with "Fatal Mistakes" (Erreurs Fatales). If wrongly convicted of a crime, you would hope to find a transparent justice system that will help prove your innocence. A Miscarriage of Justice is primarily the Conviction and Punishment of a Person for a Crime they did not Commit. The Term can also apply to Errors in the other Direction ("Errors of Impunity"), and to Civil Cases. Most Criminal Justice Systems have some Means to overturn a Wrongful Conviction, but this is often Difficult to achieve. In some Instances a Wrongful Conviction is not overturned for Several Decades, or until after the Innocent Person has been Executed, released from Custody, or has Died....In this Issue, regarding FRANCE, we have also Chapter concerning the Overconfidence of the Population towards elites, Overconfidence to our Connectes Screens....
* Winter 2017 "Activism" (Engagement). Nowadays, in FRANCE and elsewhere, we face all Kind of Activism. It consists of efforts to Promote, Impede, or Direct Social, Political, Economic, or Environmental Reform or Stasis with the Desire to make Improvements in Society. Forms of Activism range from writing Letters to Newspapers or to Politicians, Political Campaigning, Economic Activism such as Boycotts or preferentially patronizing Businesses, Rallies, Street Marches, Strikes, Sit-Ins, and Hunger Strikes.... In this Issue, is covered the Legal Commitment coming from Passionate INDIVIDUALS. Some People still Believe that Individual Social Responsibility is the Responsibility of Every Individual for his/her Actions. It is Moral Responsibility that Everyone should act in such a Way that they do not affect People around them. Every Individual should be Committed towards Upliftment of Various Social Causes.... Some examples of Individuals commited to Noble Causes.
* Spring 2018 "Violence" (Violences). Mostly towards Women. As to stick to the News, this Issue focus a lot on the Violence towards Women and Harassment (eg. Cyber Harassment, Prostitution...). Violence against Women can fit into Several Broad Categories. These include Violence carried out by "Individuals" as well as "States". Some of the Forms of Violence perpetrated by Individuals are : Rape, Domestic Violence, Sexual Harassment, Reproductive Coercion, Female Infanticide, Prenatal Sex Selection, Obstetric Violence, and Mob Violence; as well as Harmful Customary or Traditional Practices such as Honor Killings, Dowry Violence, Female Genital Mutilation, Marriage by Abduction and Forced Marriage. Some Forms of Violence are perpetrated or condoned by the State such as War Rape ; Sexual Violence and Sexual Slavery during Conflict ; Forced Sterilization ; Forced Abortion ; Violence by the Police and Authoritative Personnel ; Stoning and Flogging. Many forms of VAW, such as Trafficking in Women and Forced Prostitution are often perpetrated by Organized Criminal Networks.
